RUN: Develop a balanced running base with 12 weeks of progressive training.
Whether you're a beginner tackling Couch-to-5K or an experienced runner aiming to refine your skills, this plan has you covered.
No running, no problem. We can make cardio goals based on where you are at!

TRAIN: Strengthen foundational movement patterns with 12 weeks of periodized strength training designed for all levels, adaptable for home or gym workouts. These workouts are designed to progress your knowledge and strength.

FUEL: Master your nutrition with expert support from Speed and Savoury's Jessica, a registered dietitian and competitive marathon runner, with an impressive marathon time of 2:52:09. Programming includes a personalized macro plan, 1-1 coaching session, and follow-up feedback.

All participants will receive their programming via the Underdogs Coaching app, there will 4 break out zoom calls with the coaches diving deeper into each principle, plus a community group chat you can ask questions and stay connected to your community.
