As a run coach, I act as your personal guide in working toward your running goals. Whether you are training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon PR, or simply wanting to build a lifelong, healthy relationship with running, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I take the guesswork out of training by creating customized plans that fit your goals, your current ability, and your real life. You are not just handed a plan and left on your own. I offer ongoing support, check-ins, and adjustments so your training continues to work for you as life changes.
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices. That means every recommendation I make is informed by current research and proven methods, not trends or quick fixes. From managing training load and recovery to improving running mechanics and fueling, each part of your program is built with intention and care.
My goal is to help you train safely, build confidence, and make steady progress over time. Whether you are brand new to running or have years of experience, I focus on long-term development and injury prevention so you can not only reach your goals, but enjoy the process along the way.

Coach Sarah
I’m an experienced marathon runner, having completed five full marathons—including the Chicago Marathon and Fargo Marathon—along with countless half marathons. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance training with work, family, and everyday life.
The marathon is my favourite distance because of the grit, patience, and commitment it demands. I love using both my personal and professional experience to support my athletes throughout the entire training process, and I see race day as a celebration—a victory lap for all the work you’ve put in.
