I prioritize functional movement and efficient training so you feel capable and strong in your everyday life. I don’t use bodies as business cards or chase aesthetics as the end goal. Instead, I focus on helping you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself at every stage of life.

This option is for individuals who want to build strength, improve performance, and gain a deeper understanding of how to train their body. Programs are fully personalized and designed around your goals, experience level, and lifestyle.

This option is designed for runners who want to improve performance, strength, and race outcomes through strength training that complements their current training cycle. Programming adapts to where you are in your season so strength supports your running rather than competing with it.

Macro and Micro

If you’re looking for nutrition support as an athlete or lifestyle client, I offer options designed to meet you where you’re at. I’m a certified nutrition coach who believes food is fuel, not something to control or use to shrink ourselves.

I don’t use rigid meal plans. In my experience, they’re rarely sustainable and don’t teach the skills needed to succeed long-term. Instead, I coach you on how to use macros and hand portioning so you can fuel your body, hit your goals, and step away from constant tracking or living by a food scale.

My approach is focused on sustainable, long-term practices that support real life. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s about building habits you can carry with you for the long haul.

Receive your program

Strength training is a cornerstone of overall health and long-term performance. I use it to help improve strength, endurance, power, and resilience so your body feels capable in daily life, sport, and training. Consistent strength work supports bone density, joint health, metabolism, posture, and mental well-being, while also reducing injury risk and building confidence.

To get the best results, strength training needs to be structured and progressive. That’s why I use periodized training, which means intentionally adjusting intensity, volume, and exercises over time. This approach helps prevent plateaus, reduces the risk of overtraining, and supports steady, sustainable progress.

Your strength program is designed specifically for you. I build every workout around your history, goals, abilities, and real-life schedule. Nothing is copy-and-paste. Each program includes instructional videos, clear written guidance, and prescribed sets, reps, and rest so everything is easy to follow. Workouts can be done at home or in the gym, depending on what you have access to, making strength training feel approachable and manageable.

Step 5

On going support

Communication with me is unlimited, and I’m able to see your workouts and comments as you complete them. If you need a form check or extra support, you can book a live call so I can assess your movement and provide feedback online.

Every week, you’ll complete a biofeedback check-in where you can share how training is feeling, along with your stress levels, sleep patterns, challenges, and wins. This helps me adjust your program so it continues to support you effectively.

You’ll also have the option to join the community group, which offers connection, encouragement, and accountability alongside others on a similar journey.
